Jobs and receivables
Job Pay Guard helps contractors and trades organize jobs, invoices, partial payments, change orders, collection follow-ups, and receivables aging. If a balance, payment status, or job record does not appear as expected, include the affected job details and app version in your support email.
Evidence and documents
Job Pay Guard can scan documents, capture photos, import files, and organize job evidence. If an attachment cannot be added, previewed, exported, or synchronized, confirm the device has the required permission and a stable connection, then contact support if the problem continues.
Alerts and reviewed timelines
Solo Pro can schedule local reminders for invoice aging, payment follow-ups, payment promises, and supported reviewed payment-rights dates. Job Pay Guard is an operational organization tool and does not provide legal advice. Verify important legal deadlines before acting on them.
Solo Pro subscriptions
Optional Solo Pro features are available through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. If you previously purchased Solo Pro and access is not shown, open Job Pay Guard and use Restore Purchases. For Apple billing, refund, or subscription-management issues, use Apple's purchase and subscription controls.
iCloud sync
Solo Pro can synchronize private workspace data using Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Confirm the device is signed in to iCloud and that Sync with iCloud is enabled in Job Pay Guard Settings. If synchronization fails, use Sync now and include the displayed error message when contacting support.
Exports and backups
Job Pay Guard can export receivables as CSV, generate PDF Job Protection Packets for eligible paid plans, and create portable structured data snapshots. Users should keep independent copies of critical business and legal records.
Privacy
Job Pay Guard is local-first and version 1.0 contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking SDK. Privacy-related questions may be sent to athleteos.support@gmail.com.
