Private athlete data should stay private.
AthleteOS is designed around family-facing development clarity, not public rankings or public athlete profiles.
What this means in practice
What we collect
AthleteOS may collect parent contact details, athlete age, sport, position, training context, goals, notes, and available performance information through forms you submit.
Why we collect it
The information is used to create a clearer athlete development report, route follow-up, improve the intake process, and help families understand the next training priority.
Email choices
When you request a preview or report, AthleteOS may send the message needed to deliver that request. Optional development guidance and promotional follow-ups are sent only when you separately choose to receive them.
Unsubscribe control
Every automated promotional follow-up includes a personal unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing automation without affecting a report or preview you already requested.
What we do not do
AthleteOS does not publish athlete reports, sell private athlete profiles, or turn submitted information into public rankings.
Where information goes
Submitted information may be stored in connected operations tools such as Google Sheets, payment systems, and report-generation workflows used to fulfill the service.
Parent control
Parents or guardians can contact AthleteOS to ask questions about submitted information, request that follow-up stops, or initiate deletion through the Data Deletion page at /data-deletion.
Data deletion requests
Parents or guardians can request deletion of account, portal, report, and athlete profile data associated with their email address. AthleteOS may retain records required for legal, payment, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or fulfillment reasons.
Important note
Do not submit medical records, highly sensitive health information, or anything you are not authorized to share for the athlete.
