Privacy Policy for WhistleLedger
WhistleLedger helps sports officials track assignments, payments, mileage, credentials, and related officiating records.
What this means in practice
Information you provide
WhistleLedger may process information you enter or import into the app, including game assignments, dates, locations, leagues or assignors, fees, payment status, mileage, notes, credentials, association information, and assignment screenshots or text you choose to import.
How information is used
This information is used to provide WhistleLedger features such as assignment tracking, payment and receivable tracking, mileage records, reporting, credential reminders, assignment import, and account or subscription functionality.
Purchases and subscriptions
WhistleLedger offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple. Apple processes payment information. WhistleLedger uses purchase and entitlement information provided by Apple to determine access to paid features.
Storage and Apple services
WhistleLedger may use Apple platform services and app storage to save and synchronize information needed for app functionality. Data handled by Apple services is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy terms.
Imported content
If you choose to import an assignment screenshot, message, or other assignment information, WhistleLedger processes that content only to provide the requested import and related app functionality. You should only import information you are authorized to use.
What we do not do
WhistleLedger does not sell your personal information or your officiating records. The app is not an advertising platform and does not use your private officiating records to create public profiles.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide the app and maintain records you choose to keep. You may remove records within the app where deletion controls are available. For questions or requests concerning account-associated data, contact support.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by WhistleLedger. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
WhistleLedger is designed as a productivity tool for sports officials and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly use the app to solicit personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as WhistleLedger changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
