Assignment and game help
WhistleLedger lets sports officials create and manage assignments, record game fees and mileage, track completed games, and maintain officiating records. If an assignment or imported record does not appear as expected, include a description of what happened and the app version in your support email.
Payments and money tracking
Use WhistleLedger to record expected game fees and whether an assignment has been paid. If a payment status, amount owed, mileage total, expense, or report appears incorrect, contact support with the affected assignment details. Do not email sensitive banking or payment-card information.
Assignment import
WhistleLedger Pro includes assignment-import tools. If an import cannot be read correctly, verify that the source clearly shows the assignment information. If the problem continues, contact support and describe the source format and the result you received.
WhistleLedger Pro
Optional WhistleLedger Pro features are available through Apple in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. If you previously purchased Pro and access is not shown, open WhistleLedger and use Restore Purchases. For Apple billing, refund, or subscription-management issues, use Apple's purchase and subscription controls.
Credentials and records
WhistleLedger can help officials organize credential, association, and related officiating information. Users remain responsible for confirming that credentials, renewal dates, tax records, mileage records, and payment information are accurate for their own needs.
